4. In Step 4-Options, select the dates and file saving format needed for the

report and click Next.

This dialog box has the following fields:

Field Sub-field Description

File name

Report description in Tree view,

automatically saved file name.

Save as type

The report saved in the format HTML after

manual or automatic report production.

Save as

Location

File saving location after manual producing

report.

5. In the last step specify the report production details and then click Finish
